STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.drazle.com (the “Site”) and apply to all transactions, including browsing, purchasing, and placing orders with Drazle Inc. (“Drazle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing the Site, making a purchase, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Site or placing an order on behalf of a business, organization, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” or “Customer” will refer to both you and that entity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Drazle Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, business, or data, arising from the use of this Site or any products purchased through it even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) related to the claim.

Registration and Account

To make purchases on our website, customers must first register and create an account. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to provide details such as your legal name, company representative (if applicable), contact information, and payment details.

All information submitted is subject to verification, and we reserve the right to approve or decline account registrations at our discretion. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you’ve provided is accurate and complete, and agree to keep it up to date as needed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any activity that takes place under your login. If you suspect unauthorized use or a breach of your account, please notify us immediately.

Pricing, Specifications & Orders

At Drazle, we’re always working to keep our prices fair and competitive. However, all pricing and product details are subject to change without notice due to supplier updates, market shifts, or occasional listing errors. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Canadian dollars.

Please note that product prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or any applicable import duties. These will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. If you qualify for a tax exemption, please provide the necessary documentation at the time of your order.

An order is considered confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation email from Drazle. We reserve the right to limit product quantities and may correct or cancel orders if necessary, in line with applicable laws.

Shipping

Most Drazle products are shipped directly from our warehouse to your shipping address. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and included in your total unless otherwise stated.

Drazle is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Any special delivery services requested by the customer (such as express shipping, scheduled delivery, or signature confirmation) will incur additional charges payable by the customer.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery. Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect their order and report any issues (such as missing or damaged items). If no concerns are raised within that window, the order will be considered accepted as-is.

Drazle will not be liable for any non-delivery claims unless notified within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date. In such cases, Drazle may, at its discretion, either re-ship the item(s), issue store credit, or provide a refund.

Returns

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at +1 416-572-5255 or email us at contact@drazle.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in resalable condition (unless defective upon receipt), and accompanied by valid proof of purchase from Drazle.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and assume responsibility for any loss or damage during the return transit.

Please note: Due to their nature, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

If your item was damaged during delivery, please ensure the damage is noted on the delivery receipt and request an inspection report from the carrier. This report, along with the original packing slip, must be submitted to Drazle within 10 business days. We’ll then file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Text Messages

From time to time, Drazle Inc. may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with you about your orders, account, or promotions. If you wish to stop receiving texts from us, simply reply “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. You will receive a confirmation once you’ve been unsubscribed.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Drazle Inc. does not knowingly share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Applicable Law

Unless otherwise restricted by applicable law, these Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Drazle website or your purchase of products from Drazle Inc. will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Both Drazle Inc. and the customer agree that any legal action or proceeding that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be brought exclusively before the provincial courts located in Ontario, Canada. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any right to request a change of venue.

The rest of the Terms shall remain valid, binding, and in full force and effect.
